That’s why we’ve developed a set of five rules, or guidelines, for each of our staff members to follow:

1. Ensure our clients understand exactly what we will do for him or her.
2. Help clients understand the cremation process.
3. Review our cremation services agreement in detail, prior to signing.
4. Don’t allow interruptions during our time together
5. Keep our agreements.
